Sheri Poznanovic, MD

Dr. Sheri Poznanovic is a Colorado native who received a degree in biology from the University of Denver in 1996. She graduated from the University of Colorado Medical School in Denver in 2001 and completed her residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 2006. To further develop her knowledge in otolaryngology, she underwent pediatric fellowship training at Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL.

Prior to forming Rocky Mountain Pediatric ENT Associates, she was in private practice in Colorado Springs. She has extensive knowledge and background in pediatric airway reconstruction, pediatric sinus disorder, cleft palate, and pediatric head and neck surgery. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology, having received her board certification in 2007. She is also a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Poznanovic and her husband are avid runners, who also enjoy skiing, scuba diving, and, most of all, devoting time to their twin children.

Andreas H. Werle, MD, FAAP

Andreas Werle is board certified in otolaryngology and is a fellowship-trained pediatric otolaryngologist. He practiced in Denver from 2004 to 2008, and returned to join Rocky Mountain Pediatric ENT Associates after practicing in his home town of Dallas, Texas.

He received his medical degree from the University of Texas at Galveston. He then completed residency training at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, and a fellowship in pediatric ENT at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He has been in private practice since 2004. He specializes in the evaluation and treatment of ear, nose, throat, and neck problems in children and adolescents.

Dr. Werle enjoys climbing up and skiing down mountains, rowing, cycling, scuba diving and playing the cello.

Molly Weaver, CPNP

Molly is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. A Nurse Practitioner is a registered nurse with advanced academic and clinical education in pediatric health care, pharmacology, child development, and family dynamics. A Nurse Practitioner works in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Molly received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2002. She was awarded a Masters of Science in Nursing from The University of Colorado College of Nursing in 2007, specializing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP). Prior to joining Rocky Mountain Pediatric ENT Associates, Molly worked with a pediatric ENT group in Atlanta, GA. She also worked at The Children’s Hospital in Denver, with both the Trauma Department and in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.

Molly and her husband enjoy the outdoors, especially cycling, hiking, skiing/snowboarding, and spending time with their two Labrador retrievers.

Jennifer Walker, Au.D., CCC-A

Jennifer grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and just recently moved to Denver. She graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology, and went on to finish her Doctorate in Audiology, both from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, MS. She completed her clinical externship and worked with pediatrics and a wide variety of special needs children at Children's Rehabilitation Services in Birmingham, Alabama.

Jennifer is a newlywed and has been married to her husband Britt for a year and a half, who was also born and raised on the MS Gulf Coast. They are both very excited to explore Colorado and all it has to offer!
